Obviously Chloe Moretz wants to transform herself into a black girl (like all self-loathing privileged white liberals), and so what she did was to try and put her hair in cornrows while smoking a bunch of crack. Of course in typical black girl fashion Chloe grew tired and quit the job halfway through, and is now waiting for government assistance to come finish braiding her hair for her while she tries to get pregnant.

Yes with her poor work ethic and drug habit Chloe Grace Moretz is well on her way to becoming a bona fide nigra. Though her hair still needs a lot of work. Perhaps 10 hours a day under a blow dryer will help Chloe achieve the nasty nappy hair texture of the female abid, and cement her place as an honorary she-boon.
